A signal, not a style. Each appears only where it carries meaning: a status, a result, an alert.

Urgent red for emergency signage and clinical values outside a safe range.
Success green for confirmed bookings and normal results.
One functional colour per component.

Accessibility

Patients read under stress, in poor light, often without their glasses. Contrast is a clinical requirement, not a preference.
